THE ROLE OF THE PROJECT OFFICE OF THE STATE COMMISSION AND THE SUBCOMMISSION ACCORDING TO THE METHODOLOGY, IN THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A NEW KAZAKH METHODOLOGY FOR THE SCIENTIFIC AND LEGAL STUDY, ASSESSMENT OF MASS POLITICAL REPRESSION IN KAZAKHSTAN, AS WELL AS IN THE FULL REHABILITATION OF THEIR VICTIMS

Abstract

The article presents some of the main results and promising areas of large– scale, diverse activities of members of the State Commission for the Full Rehabilitation of Victims of Political Repression (hereinafter referred to as the State Commission), legal scholars of research groups, Regional Commissions, the Project Office, the Subcommittee on Methodology, as well as methodological, scientific and organizational activities of the Candidate of Law, President of the Republican Public Foundation « ich Kasimov. The State Commission has carried out large-scale, versatile and historically significant work. At this stage (2026), this work continues within the framework of the Program- targeted financing "Fundamental research of the main basic categories and subcategories of vicKaharmandar», Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sabyr Akhmetzhanovtims of po litical repression in Kazakhstan and the processes of their complete rehabilitation", carried out by the RSE at the Ch.Ch. Valikhanov Institute of History and Ethnology of the National Academy of Sciences of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Project Office.
