FUNDAMENTAL RESEARCH OF THE INTENSIFICATION OF REPRESSIVE PROCESSES OF DEPRIVATION OF HUMAN AND CITIZEN ELECTORAL RIGHTS, AS PART OF THE ANTI-PEOPLE PROGRAM "LITTLE OCTOBER IN KAZAKHSTAN": GOALS, IMPLEMENTATION MECHANISMS AND TRAGIC CONSEQUENCES" ON THE EXAMPLE OF GUREV DISTRICT IN THE 20-30S OF THE 20TH CENTURY

Abstract

The article examines fundamental research on the intensification of the repressive processes of deprivation of human and civil electoral rights in Kazakhstan in the 1920s and 1930s, as part of the anti -national program "Small October". Using the example o f Gurievsky Uyezd, the author identifies the goals of the authorities, implementation mechanisms and forms of practical discrimination directed against broad segments of the population, including the peasantry, intelligentsia and religious 83 communities. Spe cial attention is paid to the legal, social and political aspects of disenfranchisement, as well as the consequences of this process for the formation of the socio -political atmosphere and social structure of the region. The analysis of archival materials and historical and legal sources allows us to establish the relationship between repressive measures and the tragic consequences of the "Little October", expressed in the destruction of traditional social institutions, the degradation of political culture and the undermining of trust in government structures.
