STATE PERSECUTION AND REPRESSION AGAINST LEADERS AND ACTIVISTS OF THE ALASH PARTY, THE ALASH INTELLIGENTSIA IN THE CENTER AND REGIONS AS THE MAIN POLITICAL FORCE OPPOSITIONING THE ANTI-PEOPLE MEASURES "LITTLE OCTOBER" IN KAZAKHSTAN: GOALS AND IMPLEMENTATION MECHANISMS

Abstract

This article examines the state persecution of Alash party leaders and activists, as well as the Alash intelligentsia, in the center and regions. It also demonstrates that the Alash party leaders and activists, as well as the Alash intelligentsia in the center and regions, became the main political force in Kazakhstan, opposing the anti-popular measures of the "Little October" movement. The author demonstrates that the Alash Orda government was an alternative to the Bolshevik -Stalinist regime that had illegally established itself in the country. Through an in -depth study of the politically significant features of the Alash movement, the author concludes that there should be no debate about whether the Alash Orda government was proclaimed or not. Furthermore, it is studied that the Alash Orda government, although short -lived, left an indelible mark on the historical 54 consciousness of the people; the Bolshevik-Stalinist regime was unable to eradicate the Alash idea.
