THE NAME OF TRUTH – WAR OF LIBERATION

Abstract

The article summarizes the fact that the popular upri sings of 1929 -1931 rose to the level of the National Liberation War due to the pressure of the Bolsheviks on religion, traditions, and national values, historical and cultural heritage. The fact that the social contradictions that led to the civil war turn ed into the war of national liberation in Kazakhstan is evidenced by the data. The concepts of protest, conflict, National Liberation War are studied. It should be noted that the experiments of the Bolshevik authorities in the Kazakh steppe turned out to be mistakes and exaggerations, the priority was given to mass executions and repressions, the ideas of Alash and the deeds of Alashorda, which were carried out in a short time, were quite viable. The author scientifically substantiated the fact that the arm ed struggle in Kazakhstan in 1929-1931 is not called an uprising in the history of the nation, but a war of liberation, a civil war.
